📦 Important Information for U.S. Customers
As of August 29, 2025, the United States has changed its import regulations. The previous duty-free exemption (for orders under USD $800) no longer applies.
➡️ This means that all orders shipped from overseas to the U.S. may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery, regardless of the order value.
Please note:
- These fees are set and collected by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, not by CB Positano.
- Our shipping fee of €50 is a fixed rate — whether you purchase one item or several, the shipping cost does not increase.
- Any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
We understand this change may be disappointing, but it applies to all international shipments to the U.S. and is outside of our control. We remain committed to transparent communication, fair shipping practices, and excellent customer service.
